1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the restorative power of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of your original purchase date.

2. How to Initiate a Refund

To start a return, please contact us at returns@abloomvibes.ca with your order number and a brief description of your experience.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all requests within 24–48 hours.

Processing: Once approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your wellness essentials, but we understand that the journey to the Peace Country can sometimes be a bumpy one.

Report Window: Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us of any damages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution: We will work directly with our fulfillment partner and shipping providers to ensure a replacement is sent to you immediately at no additional cost.

4. Return Shipping

To maintain our eco-friendly mission and keep costs low for our community, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards

Individual items from a bundle or "starter kit" unless the entire kit is returned.
