Abloom Vibes: Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Canadian Shipping Only

At Abloom Vibes, we take pride in our Canadian roots. We ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. At this time, we do not ship to the United States or any other international locations due to varying global regulations regarding CBD.

2. Processing & Shipping Times

Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.

Standard Shipping: We typically utilize Xpresspost or comparable courier services.

Delivery Times: * Alberta & Western Canada: 2–4 business days.

Central & Eastern Canada: 3–6 business days.

Remote/Northern Communities: Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: $15.00 CAD on all standard orders.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00 CAD.

4. Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy. All Abloom Vibes orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The return address will reflect our fulfillment center and will not mention "CBD" or "Abloom Vibes" on the external label to ensure your delivery remains private.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Abloom Vibes is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the customer’s expense.
